Sunset at the La Fonda Hotel’s Tower Bar. The historic hotel reportedly sits on the site of Santa Fe’s first inn, from when Spaniards founded the town in 1607.

Artwork in the snow in at Wiford Gallery on Canyon Road. Along with restaurants and small inns, the one mile stretch in Santa Fe’s historic district features over 100 art galleries.

Votive candles in the Loretto Chapel. Built in the late 1800s, the chapel is home to the Miraculous Staircase, which was built by a mysterious carpenter who only showed up with a hammer and carpenter’s square, only to disappear after the staircase was finished without receiving thanks or payment. The top of the First Presbyterian Church in downtown Santa Fe. Established in 1867 as the first Protestant church in the New Mexico territory, the current sanctuary was built in 1939.
